Why you should choose this product

Usage Guide

1. Choose the spot that's already being damaged. Don't put it in a quiet corner put it beside the sofa arm, rug edge or chair leg your cat currently targets.
2. Wipe the surface dry, then press down firmly across the whole mat so the suction cups seat properly.
3. Invite, don't force. Rub a little catnip or silvervine into the bristles, or run a wand toy across it. Most cats investigate within the first day.
4. Reward the first use with a treat or praise so the mat becomes the "correct" place to scratch.
5. Mount it vertically if your cat is a vertical scratcher press onto a smooth wall or the flat side of a cat tree at shoulder height.
6. Rinse every 1–2 weeks, or whenever fur builds up between the bristles.

Multi-cat homes: one mat per cat prevents queueing and resource guarding.

Storage & Care

• Rinse under warm running water; use a drop of mild pet-safe soap for heavier build-up.
• Rub bristles gently with your fingers or a soft brush to release trapped fur.
• Air dry fully before re-suctioning, a damp base won't grip.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, boiling water, dishwashers or tumble dryers.
• Roll or fold to store; hang by the built-in hole. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect colour.
• Inspect monthly and replace if bristles tear or the base splits.
