Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (US) We offer the following shipping options within Vietnam:
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5-9 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.
5. Shipping Delays Komavic is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@komavic.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@komavic.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
